The Winery
In the mediterranean climate around lake Balaton ripen on approx. 75
hectares the
grapes of the winery Fischer Estate. The planting of the vineyards on
volcanic soil started in 2002 with approx. 6.000 vines per hectare. Because
of the minimization of the harvest to approx. only 1,20 kg per vine only the
best quality is harvested every year. This makes the Fischer Estate Kft. to
a strong partner for high quality wines from Hungary.
